erich sötemann's paintings play an inportant role in the visual representation of many cs/chs releases – apart from several contributions to the cover design, a number of his pictures are featured on cds and cd-rs. the images pictured here, however, are smaller-size versions of the original art and serve to give an idea of what the paintings look like. besides, they only form a small sample of his variety of paintings. (he has also contributed an exclusive painting for the cover of chs's book 'sein und existenz in phänomenologie und psychoanalyse', which can be viewed here).
